Online Courses
The online courses are comprised of audio recordings, readings, worksheets, and other homework assignments. They are formatted into a digital workbook that you can download and save once completed. You walk yourself through the material at your own pace and can customize it by spending more time on the pieces that are most relevant to you. I am available for questions you may have while doing the course and can be reached through email.
Sample Online Course
Take this short, free sample course to get a better idea of what to expect. This is designed to help you decide whether or not the format of a digital workbook is right for you. It is basically a way for you to test out the concept at no cost.

Click on the "Get Started" button below and you will be taken to the Wobo site that contains the digital workbook. Use your email and create a password to set up your personal, free account. Then, as you work on the course, your progress will automatically be saved. To come back at a later time to continue working through the course, just go to the Wobo log in page and sign in. Your digital workbook will appear in your profile and you can resume working on it. At the end of the workbook, you can download and save it so that you can refer back to the information in it at anytime.
