The Small Group Coaching Program includes 6 weekly meetings with myself and 3-5 other participants. The meetings last for 90 minutes and are conducted via Zoom, so there is a video component. This program is a great choice for people who want to relate to others who are going through something similar.

After purchasing the group program, you will receive an email from Dr. Elliott regarding scheduling your 30-minute group screening phone call. In this phone call, she will ask you some questions to make sure the group modality is a good fit. At this time Dr Elliott can also answer any questions you may have and give you additional information about the group.
What are the components of the small group sessions.

-
Understanding how the infidelity is impacting you and re-framing certain aspects
-
Removing self-doubt as a way of building confidence
-
Developing strategies for healing

Gaining clarity about your future
Who are the programs for?
The current programs at Rain Into Rainbows are designed to help you regain your confidence after experiencing infidelity in a relationship. One of the most common reactions to being cheated on by someone you trusted is decreased self-worth and self-confidence. These programs can apply to you regardless of whether the betrayal happened yesterday or 10 years ago. If you identify with any of the below statements, then one of these programs may be a good fit for you:
-
I feel like being cheated on has negatively impacted my self-confidence or self-worth
-
I feel lost and not sure of who I am anymore
-
I feel self-doubt and confusion
-
I question myself
-
I am not sure what I want in my life in the future
-
I’m not sure how to trust myself and my own judgment again
Who is not a good candidate for the programs:
-
If you are not willing to do homework, then these programs probably are not as good of a fit for you. The homework isn’t extensive, but you will benefit the most from the programs if you are an active participant.
-
If you are experiencing active suicidal ideation, then traditional therapy would be a better fit right now. One way to find a licensed therapist is through www.psychologytoday.com
-
If your main goal is to decide whether or not to stay with your partner, then you may benefit more from traditional therapy. While completing one of these programs and growing in your own clarity and confidence can help in discovering what you want to do, that is not the main goal of the programs.
